Arena Strive focuses on enhancing stress, energy, and recovery management for frontline clinicians through research-based content, biometric data analysis, and practical daily routines.

Based on substantial performance science, Arena Strive gives clinicians the opportunity to utilize cutting-edge training techniques similar to those employed by high-pressure professions such as elite military personnel, Olympic athletes, and artists. These methodologies aim to optimize mental and physical performance in the face of chronic stress and pressure.

How It Works:

<li>Clinicians wear a daily sensor that monitors biometrics like heart rate, heart rate variability, and sleep quality. Arena Labs partners with WHOOP to collect and analyze this data anonymously.</li>
<li>Clinicians are enrolled in a 10-week performance program on the Arena Strive Platform. This program covers six pillars of high-performance medicine and includes scientifically proven techniques delivered by medical experts and performance ambassadors. Clinicians are provided with brief daily practices tailored to stress adaptation, energy management, and recovery - all easily implementable in under 5 minutes. The platform also offers reminders and goal-setting features to help maintain accountability.</li>
<li>Clinicians track their daily well-being status through self-assessment. They receive regular data reports highlighting changes in their biometrics over time, along with actionable insights to refine their physical and mental routines for peak performance.</li>
